45-minute flow yoga every Sunday at 11 AM EST, all from the comfort of your own home—just pay $25, or whatever you can afford.
These weekly energetic practices blend creative consciousness, balance and strength to get the body, breath and energy moving fluidly. Each class will focus on depatterning the body and mind from routine and expected mechanics. We close each practice with meditation. Requests are always welcome.
